WHO: Runners and walkers of all ages.
WHAT: Both the 1 Mile Kids Dash and 5K Race will take place at Christie Hoffman Farm Park in Tewksbury, NJ. The Kids Dash and 5K are trail courses through the beautiful countryside of Tewksbury Township.
Due to insurance and safety requirements, the following are prohibited from the race course: dogs, bicycles, skateboards, roller skates/blades, baby/jogging strollers.

11:00 am: Walk-In Registration and/or Packet Pick Up
12:30 pm: 1 Mile Kids Dash
1:00 pm: 5K Run
2:00 pm: Awards, DJ, Dancing & Games

WHY: The Tiger Trot is the culmination of a year-long wellness program that has brought education and awareness to the students of Tewksbury Township on subjects such as proper nutrition, physical activity, positive thinking, and taking care of one’s mind and body.
This is a fun and competitive way to celebrate the positive impact of exercise and the importance of developing good health habits.
AWARDS:
Presented to the Top 3 Male & Female 1 Mile and 5K Finishers Overall and the Top Male & Female Finisher in each of the following age groups: 8-under, 9-11, 12-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50+ years. The first 150 participants of the 1 Mile Kids Dash will receive participation ribbons.
